By material: Plastic bottles – Suitable for common plastic bottle substrates (e.g., PET, PP, PE bottles) widely used in cosmetics (lotion bottles), food (condiment bottles), and daily chemicals (shampoo bottles), adapting to the surface properties of plastic materials to ensure ink adhesion and curing effect.

By shape: Regular-shaped bottles
Round bottles: Compatible with standard cylindrical round bottles (e.g., beverage bottles, essential oil bottles, small-dose medicine bottles), with precise positioning mechanisms to avoid printing misalignment caused by the bottle’s circular rotation.
Flat bottles: Adapts to flat or oval flat bottles (e.g.,  bottles, oral liquid bottles, slim cosmetic bottles), addressing the challenge of uneven stress on flat surfaces during printing to ensure uniform ink coverage.

By structure: Polygonal bottles – Supports UV screen printing for polygonal bottles with angular structures (e.g., hexagonal wine bottles, quadrilateral high-end cosmetic bottles, triangular essential oil bottles), leveraging adaptive pressure control to fit the edges and planes of polygonal bodies, ensuring no dead corners in printing.
